C3i Technologies Limited, trading as Freightbid, operates the website www.freightbid.co.nz.

Freightbid does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Any
use or disclosure of information, other than that which is stated in the Freightbid
User Agreement, is set out below.

have provided with third parties (such as Freightbid Suppliers) for the purpose
of procuring freight services.

consent to the disclosure, if we consider that we are compelled or authorized to
do so by law, or if we reasonably believe there is a threat to someone's life or
health.
We may use customer contact information from the registration form to:
- send you information about our company and promotional material from some of our
partners and
- contact you when necessary.
Information provided to Freightbid as part of the feedback and rating system will
be published on our website in accordance with the Freightbid User Agreement. Freightbid
is not responsible for statements made through our feedback and rating system. However,
Freightbid reserves the right to remove feedback that it considers to be offensive,
defamatory or inappropriate.
This site contains links to other sites. Freightbid
is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of web sites to which
we link. We have special business relationships with some companies, but none of
them receive individual identifying information about you collected by Freightbid
except as required for you to engage their services in relation to a freighting
contract arranged through our web site.

identifiable information (namely your IP address, your internet browser, operating

If you would like to update the information you have
submitted, please maintain your profile on Freightbid. If you would like to deactivate
the information you have

Freightbid administration. Freightbid will update
or de-activate any information that could be used to identify you as soon as possible
after your request, unless we are required or authorized by law not to do so.
Once de-activated your data will not be accessible, however due to limitations imposed
by system backups, your data can in some circumstances remain on backup media. In
the unlikely event that one of the backup media is accessed as part of a larger
recovery of Freightbid data, your data would continue to be flagged and remain de-activated
and inaccessible for use by Freightbid staff.
Nothing contained in this policy is
intended to create a contract or agreement between Freightbid and any user providing
identifiable information in any form.
